Ich suche ein Nachmieter, eine Nachmieterin für mein Appartment im Studentenwohnheim Göggingen ab 16. August bis 30. September.
Das Appartment hat ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Stühle, Kühlschrank, zwei Kochfelder, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Balkon.
Waschmaschine sind im Keller des Gebaüdes.
Das Wohnheim bietet auch eine Bierstube, Fernsehraum, eine Tiefgarage und irgendwo für Fahrräder.
Eigentlich kostet die miete 167 euro. Aber ich kann 17euro bezahlen fuer sich. Also Der mietpreis ist 150 euro fuer dich. und Internet kostet 11€ extra pro Monat.
Und ich habe schon alle bezahlt fuer August. Deswegen sollten Sie bezahlen nur fuer September.

The appartment has its own bed,
desk, chairs, refrigerator, two hobs, bathroom with shower, WC, and sink, a balcony and a washing line.
Washing facilities are available in the building
Originally the rent fee is 167 euro but I can pay 17 euro for you. So you just need to pay 150 euro.
For 11€ a month, high speed internet is also available.
I've already paid for August, so you only have to pay for September.

Bus mit dem linie 41, Tram mit dem linie 13 bis Bukowina Institut/PCI. und dann einfach umsteigen mit dem Bus.
Das Wohnheim liegt in Göggingen und ist ungefähr 5 Minuten mit dem Bus von der Uni entfernt, 20 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Stadtzentrum und Hauptbahnhof, une ein Supermarkt liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The Wohnheim is situated in Göggingen and is approximately 5 minutes on the bus to the university, 20 minutes on the bus to the town centre and main train station, and 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. And it's really near from Bus stop and the train station (messe DB).
