Die Wohnung im Stadtteil Herrenbach liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Straßenbahnlinie 6, Schwabencenter entfernt. Sie verfügt über 3 Zimmer, insgesamt 83 m2, mit Einbauküche und Bad (Geschirr und Töpfe vorhanden).

Ein Zimmer wird in 1-2 Monaten frei und steht zur Untervermietung. Das möblierte Zimmer enthält eine Matratze mit Bettzeug (falls nötig), Lampe, Schreibtisch und Stuhl.

Ich suche eine Studentin für die gemeinsame Nutzung der Wohnung ohne langfristige Verpflichtung. Ich selbst studiere an der Uni Augsburg.

As one of the rooms will be available for sublet in 1-2 months, I would like to offer it for subletting. The room includes a mattress with bedding (if needed), a lamp, a desk, and a chair.

I am looking for a female student who can share the apartment and is not looking for something long-term. I am a student at the University of Augsburg, and I am looking for a friendly roommate.
