Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in Nähe zur Stadtmitte

Hallo Zusammen,
ich vermiete meine kleine Wohnung unter. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung wie oben beschrieben 55m²/ 3 Zimmer. Allerdings behalte ich ein Zimmer für mich um dort gelegentlich, alle 2-3 Wochen für ein Wochenende zu wohnen. Damit hast du ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon + Bad & Küche, natürlich.

-Frei ab sofort oder 1.9.

-Die Miete beträgt pauschal 500€ warm. Darin ist alles enthalten, wie z.B W-  Lan,  Heizkosten, Wasser etc. 

-Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet.

-Ich vermiete nur an eine Person, wegen der Größe der Wohnung. Bitte nicht  anfragen, wenn du mit deiner Freundin, deinem Freund einziehen willst. 

-Ich vermiete erst an Personen ab Ende 20.

I am subleting my apartment. Altogether, the apartment is described as above with 55m ²/ 3 Rooms. However, I reserve a room for me to come and live occasionally every 2-3 weeks for a weekend. So you have a bedroom and a living room with balcony + bathroom & kitchen, of course. 

-The rent is a flat rate € 500 all included, such as Wi-Fi, heating, water, etc. 

-The apartment is fully furnished. 

-I sublet only to "one" person, because of the size of the apartment. Please do not ask if you want to move in with your girlfriend, boyfriend, friends, etc.
- For people at the age from end of 20.
