The room has around 15 m2 and its monthly warm rent is 435 Euro (including media cost, gas, wifi, electricity).
The house is located in the heart of Bad Honnef- right in the city centre and only a 5 minute walk away from IUBH.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 400m von der IUBH entfernt. Die Die Anbindungen mit Bus und Bahn sind perfekt. Auch der Weg zum Bahnhof beträgt ungefähr 5 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer nähe. Auch ein Tankstelle und ein Kiosk ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Möglichkeit diverser Sport Aktivitäten sind gegeben.
Im Haus wohnen nur Studenten der IUBH. Das Haus ist ziemlich ruhig gelegen. Es gibt viele Parkmöglichkeiten auf den öffentlichen Straßen nicht weit vom Haus entfernt. ES sind ca 4 min zur IUBH. Bei Interesse für die Wohnung oder nur für ein einzelnes Zimmer schreibt mir bitte eine e-mail an:
