Etage mit Lift. 2.5 Zimmer, 56 qm, sonniger Balkon mit Markise (Süd-Ausrichtung), Blick auf den neu entstandenen Max-Kämpf Platz. Offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Ceran-Kochfeld. Flachbild-TV, DVD-Player. Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Fussbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung. Ein Reduit mit eigener Waschmaschine und Trockner befindet sich ebenfalls in der WG. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt und Nicht-Raucher(innen) gesucht.

Fully furnished, very bright, modern and very new apartment (09/2015). Located on the first floor, access with elevator. 2.5 rooms, 56 qm, sunny balcony with awning (south direction). Open kitchen with dish washer and glass-ceramic stove top. Flatscreen TV, DVD player available. Bathroom with bathtub. Overall floor heating. The washing machine and dryer are included, separate room. No pets allowed. Non-smoking.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erlenmattquartier, direkt am Max-Kämpf Platz in der gleichbenannten Strasse (nahe Musical Theater, Messe). Badischer Bahnhof, Bus 30 Richtung SBB, Tram 1/14 rasch (je nachdem max. 5-10 min) zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten auf der Autobahn. Ein Einstellplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage kann für 180 CHF / Monat dazu gemietet werden. Fahrräder können sowohl in der Tiefgarage, als auch im Hinterhof abgestellt werden.

Located in Erlenmatt (Kleinbasel) next to Max-Kämpf Platz / Musical Theater / Messe. Basel Bad Bhf (15 min), Bus 30, Tram 1/14 within 5 min walking distance. The entry to the highway is 2 minutes by car. A large parking place in the basement of the house can be rented additionally for 180 CHF per month. There is enough space to park your bicycle inside and outside the house.
