Long term flatshare (July-Dec) in Beautiful large flat in Baumschulenweg, Berlin. MALE ONLY PLEASE

Hello community!

I am renting out my share of my HUGE, lovely well kept 116 sqm flat in Baumschulenweg—Berlin, 12437, for an extended period of time (Ideally minimum 6 months starting from July-December/Jan 2025) to a MALE ONLY.
(sorry but it’s just easier this way)

What Im looking for:
I am looking for a professional, neat/tidy, respectable, and responsible cool GUY to share my space with 1 other roommate (Marius) living on his side of the flat. (Please have a look at the floorplan of the flat in the attached photos—the rented space is the Yellow Area, The Blue section is the shared space, Bathroom and Kitchen and the Red Area is my roommate’s room which is off limits of course). My Roommate is very nice and a super cool guy, he keeps to himself and is always avail for any questions or concerns. I will set up a meeting with the chosen person to meet him. Good vibes only please… ;)

Flat Details:
Its a huge 116 sqm flat (2nd floor with lots of sunlight throughout the day) The flat is fully furnished with nice modern stylish furniture, all amenities like fast internet, washing machine, nice big sunny, fully equipt kitchen and big bathroom with a bathtub, a good sized TV and lots of plants (hoping who moves in has a decent green thumb to take care of them please) Also a locked bike room in the basement.


Main Details:
• I am asking 1,100 euro a month with a kaution

• it will be available from July until December or mid-January.

• Its around the corner from the Baumshulenweg train station (S8, S9, U45, U46, U47 train lines) and several buses (M165, M265, M170, M166) its only minutes away from city center.

• Huge living room, also as mentioned above a well-sized Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a large Kitchen that is pretty fully equipt.

• Fast Internet

• I am very close to the southern forested part of Teptow Park and also the Spree (it’s great for sports or if you simply like nature and walks with lots of trees and many open spaces)

• Some other points would be that we can’t have pets as the building won’t allow it and also a non-smoker.

• Its a non-party flat!  No after parties, or party people will be tolerated as I have nice neighbors and a roommate who shares the space.  Of course, dinners and some guests from time to time but its not a party space.  Please be respectful of the space and neighbors, Thank you! <3:heart:
