The next bus station is "Frauenlobstraße" - from there you can get to Kreuzberg by bus in a quarter of an hour. However, Sonnenallee is also close by (5-10 minutes on foot) - the M41 takes you to Neukölln in no time.
The next S-Bahn station is "Baumschulenweg" - direct connection to Adlershof, two stations to the Ring, three stations to Ostkreuz.
