We're subletting our brand new, 3 bed and 2 bathroom apartment in Wedding close to Bornholmer Str S Bahn.
The apartment was completed in 2023 so everything is new.
There is a master bedroom, and 2 kids rooms (1 with a single bed, and one with a cot)
Floor to ceiling windows overlooking a very green area (partly a cemetery, so very quiet!)
The apartment gets lots of light all day due to the windows and orientation
Floor heating which will keep you warm through the winter
Separate Rainshower in one bathroom, bath in the other.
There's an elevator so it's step-free access.
Washing machine and dryer (in their own room)
Separate workspace in the master bedroom with remote-control standing desk and a comfortable Herman Miller chair (if you're doing home-office)
The rent we're asking is €900 less than what we pay currently, as it's a short term rental.

Bornholmer Str is the closest S Bahn (10 minutes walking) which have multiple train lines (S8, S1, S25)
Trams at the end of the street are 50 (going to Pankow or Wedding) and M13 (going through Prenzlauer Berg to Weissensee or to Friedrichshain)
It's right on the border of Pankow and Wedding and super close to Prenzlauer Berg (3 stops on the tram to Schönhauser Allee) so you have everything you need close by.
The supermarkets are a little bit far (Rewe is a 15 minute walk, Lidl a 12 minute walk) but we order our groceries to the door from REWE so it's not an issue.
We'd prefer people to stay the entire period, but would accept 6 weeks minimum stay as well if the dates don't line up exactly. We're not able to extend the rental period as those are the dates we're away.
Rent includes all bills and nebenkosten (heating, building costs etc.) Look forward to hearing from you!
