Hi all, I am subletting our modern cosy apartment from 17th April to 5th June (little flexible). It's just off Lindenstrasse/Oranienstrasse in Kreuzberg so, super central, with a balcony. The apartment suits a single person or a couple. Rent for one month is 1,100 so the whole time would be ~1,650 (incl.) DM if interested
It is perfectly located in the centre of the city so that mostly everything is accessible within 20 minutes either by subway or by bus. It is also super quiet as the apartment opens on to a courtyard which is protected from the roads. Ten minutes to the nicest area of Kreuzberg with nice restaurants, bars etc.
The building is modern and has a balcony with a view over the courtyard. I can leave my guitar if you would like to use it or remove it for more space.
