Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U1, U3, S-Bahn, Tram und Bus), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants alles in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, so dass ihr schnell und einfach in alle Richtungen der Stadt gelangen könnt.
Küche und Bad sind schön renoviert und perfekt ausgestattet. In jedem Zimmer gibt es ein höhenverstellbare Schreibtisch, der sich ideal als Arbeitsplatz eignet.

The apartment is a total of 65 square meters, has a balcony, and is located very centrally near Boxi. Public transportation (U1, U3, S-Bahn, Tram und Bus), supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are all within a few steps. A tram stop is right in front of the house, so you can easily get to all parts of the city.

The kitchen and bathroom are beautifully renovated and perfectly equipped. In each room, there is a standing desk, which is an ideal setup for home office.
