Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Küche. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett und ein Kleinkindbett und viel Spielzeug und hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und ein piano. Große Flügletüren verbinden es mit dem Ess-/Wohnzimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer, öffnet sich mit einem großen Schaufenster auf die Straße und bringt dich mitten ins Straßenleben.
The apartment has 3 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a toddler bed and plenty of toys and has a window to the back yard.
The second bedroom offers a king bed and a pianoi. big french doors connect it to the dinning/living room.
The living room, opens with a big storefront window to the street and puts you at the heart of the fun street live.

Die Wohnung in der Sanderstrasse ist umgeben von hippen Vintage-Läden, in unmittelbarer Nähe lassen viele Bars und Restaurants keine Wünsche offen und am Abend macht ein Spaziergang am nahegelegenen Landwehrkanal jeden Tag zu einem perfekten Berlin-Tag.
At the heart of the Reuterkiez everything you want for your summer stay in Berlin is right around the corner. The apartment in Sanderstrasse is surounded by hip vintage shops, in close proximity many bars and restaurant will surpass all your wishes and in the evening a stroll along the nearby Landwehr canal will make every day a perfect Berlin day.
Wir sind den über Sommer in den USA und vermieten daher unsere Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet, da wir aber selbst erst gerade eingezogen sind ist sie zum Teil noch etwas ruppig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss im Vorderhaus mit direktem Zugang zur Strasse, durch die Rolläden lässt kann man aber selbst bestimmen wie öffentlich man es haben möchte.
We are in the USA for the summer and are therefore renting out our apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished, but as we have only just moved in ourselves, it is still a little rough in places. The apartment is on the first floor in the front building with direct access to the street, but the shutters allow you to decide for yourself how public you want it to be.
