Hallo zusammen!

Da ich für zwei Wochen verreise, biete ich meine lichtdurchflutete Altbauwohnung mit zwei großen Zimmern an. Vom Flur aus erreicht man rechts das großzügige Wohnzimmer, das auch als Durchgangszimmer zur Küche dient. Weiter gelangt man vom Flur aus ins Badezimmer sowie ins Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht!

Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Badstr./Pankstr. Die U8 ist in drei Minuten zu erreichen, Osloer Straße und Gesundbrunnen in zehn Minuten. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind um die Ecke.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine oder zwei Personen. Diese Ansprüche habe ich, damit die Zwischenmiete gut abläuft:

Nur Nichtraucher (auch keine Gelegenheitsraucher etc.!)
- Keine Partypeople
- ine WG-Gemeinschaften
- Keine Haustiere und Kinder
- Ein bewusster Umgang mit fremdem Eigentum

Hello everyone!

Since I am traveling for two weeks, I am offering my bright, old-style apartment with two large rooms. From the hallway, you can reach the spacious living room on the right, which also serves as a passageway to the kitchen. Further from the hallway, you can access the bathroom and the bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need!

The apartment is located at the corner of Badstr./Pankstr. The U8 subway line is a three-minute walk away, and Osloer Straße and Gesundbrunnen can be reached in ten minutes. All daily necessities are just around the corner.

The apartment is ideal for one or two people. Here are my requirements to ensure a smooth sublet:

- Non-smokers only (no occasional smokers, etc.!)
- No party people
- No shared apartments (WG communities)
- No pets or children
- A conscientious handling of someone else's property
