I'm leaving my room in Charlottenburg, and looking for someone to replace me until the contract is over, mid October.
The offer is only the smaller room, in the larger one there will stay a super friendly and quiet guy.
The apartment has 2 separated rooms, a small kitchen equipped with an oven and a refrigerator, a nice bath, and a great balcony for the summer days, which is only accessible from this room.
The apartment is located right next to Sbahn Charlottenburg, and only 5 minutes walk from Ubahn Wilmersdorfer Strasse, and there are a few buses that pass right next to it, so it is easy to get anywhere in the city!
The building is in great shape, and the neighbors are really lovely.
Close to the apartment you can find the Wilmersdorfer Arcaden, there are a lot of restaurants in the area, great Cafe's, and a variety of supermarkets for groceries.
