I am renting my room from December 20th - January 31st 2020 (possibly longer) whilst I am in London.
Looking for a female flatmate only.
The large, bright room is in a stunning recently refurbished flat in Friedrichschain.
A double bed, desk, rail and tables are all included in the room - plus a huge window.
Newly sanded wooden floors.
The large kitchen is the perfect place to cook and relax, and we have a recently refitted bathroom with a lovely tiled shower.
You will share the flat with two others.
One lovely german psychologist and another girl (still decided on as we are renting out the room now.)
We speak mainly English in the flat, but my flatmate speaks German and French also!
The flat is very clean and very easy going. We tend to chill out, cook and watch movies in the week. On the weekends, most of us are out and about. Looking for someone who will love and treat the house well, and can have a with chat in the kitchen.

We are situated in Friedrichschain, 5 mins walk from Boxhagener Platz.
The building is a building old building with ivy on the outsite.
