Ich bin Roger und ich vermiete meine schöne 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung in dem schönen Bergmannkiez.
Die Wohnung ist ideal geeignet für 1 oder 2 Personen, allerdings gibt es auch ein doppeltes Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer.

I´m Roger and I rent my beautiful and cosy apartment in Kreuzberg (Bergmannstr. area). The apartment is in a typical old Backyard building from Berlin, high ceilings over 3m high, big windows and is really bright. It is full furnished, has two rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Despite the central location of the apartment it is very quiet and relaxed. The apartment is suitable for 1 till 3 people, has a double futon bed, and a double bed coach in the living room.
Lage
Für die zentrale Lage ist die Wohnung wirklich sehr ruhig, befindet sich in der Seitenflügel, südorientiert, und ist sehr hell.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, hat eine kleine gemütliche Einbauküche, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit ein Natürliches Doppelbett Futon.
Die U-bahn Station ist 2 Minuten zu Füss entfernt, und sehr nah von Tempelhoff Gelände, Hasenheide, Victoria Park, Mitte, Kottbusser Tor, Neukölln...
The Bergmann area is located in the west Kreuzberg. You can find Bars, restaurants and all kind services really close. (Supermarkets, markets, cinemas...) The Underground is 1 minute walking from the door, and you can also find in the area the kanal, Tempelhoff airport, Hasenheide park, Victoria park..
