ATTENTION: The access to the apartment (i.e. the entrance door to the apartment) and therefore the hallway and the kitchen are connected to the largest bedroom in the apartment and can ONLY be reached via this room!
Therefore, all tenants must allow each tenant access and use without restrictions.
For this purpose, all tenants must set up time and organizational rules together (in writing).
Working this out and putting it in writing is the responsibility of all roommates and must be confirmed by the signature of each roommate!
