mid Feb-May 2 combo Charlottenburg + Neukolln

This is Kim and Molly. We are two good friend who are looking for you to take care of our appartement /shareflat at the same time . So we decide to put a combo post for a rental period from 22.2 till end of April . Extendion is possible with Molly till May

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an Anmeldung.


We understand you must be stressful about flat hunt, we both experienced that so we would like to offer an honest price and the best hospitality for your stay . We are wishing to find you , as the right person, who is tidy and caring , could take care of our flat/ room during the stay.

You will find there are two appartements in our advertisement, which are offering Kim’s 30 m2 single appartment in Goethestrasse at Charlottenburg ( rent 550) and a room 13 m2 from Mollly’s share flat at Boddinstrasse Neukolln . ( rent 450)
Deposit is 550 euro. Kim will transfer your deposition to Molly once the handover estimate on 19th March is smooth (Nothing is broken, flat is clean). By the end of your stay in Molly's place. You should receive the deposit from Molly after the handover .

Kim ‘s single appart is simply , cosy and quiet

then you will move to Molly’s shareflat on 19.03 or upon a flixible schedule

Description:
There is a corridor from the entry to the toilet ( there is a washing machine ), then it’s a quiet living room with open kitchen ( oven, fridge toaster ), there is a double bed 140x 120cm and two work desks also cloth hanging space.

-5 mins walk to S Savignyplatz / U Ernst-Reuter-Platz.
🌲- 15 walk to Zoologischer Garten , you could enjoy a refreshing run anytime in the park.
- 5-10 mins walk you can reach super market e.g Hit, penny , Edeka ,Lidl etc

Description:
Molly ‘s share flat locates at a chill area in Neukolln Boddinstrasse. There are many bars , cinema , small shops, exhibition site surrounded. Rewe , Penny just 5 mins nearby .
Molly is a designer and his boyfriend is IT technician, who are friendly couple . Her boyfriend has businese trip sometimes.
The share flat is well equipped, there is dish washer :)
