My beautiful and super conformable flat in Charlottenburg will be available starting 01.06 as we are moving.
Our contract goes to until end of August so we can sub-rent the apartment and guarantee this rent price until end of August 2023. After that you can start a contract directly with the landlord.
However we will hand your application in as long term tenants right away so with approval of the landlord you can immediately get a contract with them and no sub-lease is necessary. However, the price could increase a bit.
Location is Charlottenburg close to Savignyplatz, walking distance to the S Bahn station with great connections to move around the city. And next to Kannstraße packed with amazing restaurants and bars.
The apartment will be rented with no furniture. It has a kitchen installed already. We are also happy to sell some furniture in case you need it.
