Are you searching for an amazing flat share but can't find the right fit? Well, your search ends here! We have an incredible opportunity for you to take my place in our wonderful 2-person WG.

🌇 LOCATION:
Our flat is nestled in a really friendly neighborhood, surrounded by all the amenities you could ever wish for. There are really good Asian restaurants in the area, and walking distance from a LIDL, REWE, and Biomarkt. S-bahn is only 6min walking distance, and U-bahn 10min.

🛋️ THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is very cozy and spacious. Your room is very very big and you will be very satisfied with it. You can also expect a fully equipped kitchen, so you dont have to worry about buying multiple utensils. There is also a place where you can store luggage and etc :)

👫 YOUR FLATMATES:
You'll be sharing the space with one flatmate, Larissa (25 years), who is not just tidy and respectful but also really nice to talk to. She is very chill and we respect each other's boundaries.

🛠️ AVAILABILITY:
The room is available from July 10. So, if you're looking to move in soon, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

💲 RENT AND EXPENSES:
The rent is very affordable, with a monthly rent of 573 euros. There is a fee of 650 euros that must be paid to cover some of the furniture in the room, including 2 mattresses, 2 small tables, and a coat hanger. That price is not negotiable, so please only contact us if you are okay with paying this one-time fee. I also had to pay for it when I entered. If you are interested, all of the bed sheets and pillows can stay (wont charge extra), otherwise I will give them away.
