Habe ein Zimmer frei in meiner Erdgeschoß-Wohnung (130m2) zu vermieten. Die Wohnung liegt an der Spree und ist eine Erdgechoß-Whg mit 5 Zimmern, wovon 3 Zimmer, u.a. das betreffende Zi., zur Spree hin gerichtet sind. Die Belichtungssituation des Zimmers ist also gut!Es gibt wie angekreuzt ein gemeinsames, großes Wohnzimmer, eine gemeinsame, große Küche und 2 Dusch- bzw. WC-Räume!Es gibt keinen Balkon, aber dafür einen Zugang zu einem schön bepflanzten Hof von der Küche aus..
Wir sind zwei Junggesellen (Set-AL; Biologe), die die Wohnung bewohnen und sind offen, witzig und gesellig.

Got a room to let in my flat (130 sq.m) in the Berlinian district of Charlottenburg just next to the Spree-river. My ground-floor-flat` s got 5 rooms, of which three rooms, including the one to let, are orientated towards the spree-river. The room is characterized by a sufficient and comfortable exposition.
As noted above, there are a big common ` parlour`-room, a common kitchen and 2 lavatory bath- and showering rooms to our disposition!
There is no balkony, but there is access to a beautiful backyard through the kitchen...
We presently are 2 people (guys) living in my flat. We are very communicative, quite funny and prefare the social lifestyle..
