Flat - 2 Room Apartment
The flat is a classical Berlin Altbau from the beginning of the 20th century. It is located on the third floor of the left wing of the building facing the quiet inner court. All rooms are facing the south and get a lot of natural light during the day. Two additional floors above and the chilly backyard air prevent to much heat in the summer. The flat consists of 2 rooms - one living room and one bedroom, a kitchen with a separate small storage room with an own window, a bathroom and a central corridor connecting all rooms. All rooms have windows facing the green inner court. The living room has about 20 square meters - the largest room of the apartment. The bedroom has about 15 square meters and contains the entrance to the balcony, which has enough room for a small table and 2 chairs. The building is located 90 meters from the station Sophie-Charlotte-Platz on the central U2 underground line, which connects Charlottenburg with Zoologischer Garten, Stadtmitte, Alexanderplatz and runs up to Prenzlauer Berg. The central S-Bahn or Regio lines can be reached at station Charlottenburg which is 2 bus stops away or via the underground to Zoologischer Garten. The Regio offers fast connections through Berlin to Potsdam or Schönefeld airport. Tegel airport can be reached directly with Bus line 109 in 15 minutes, which passes in about 300 meter walking distance.

The apartment is fully furnished - only personal things are needed to move in.

Above the working plate there are two large racks with two complete sets of dishes, including pans and pots and several cooking accessories. A small drawer contains two sets of cutlery. Under the working plate there are washing machine and dish washer. In addition there is a regular oven with 4 hot plates, a large fridge with freezer and a small working table. There is a large table with several foldable chairs, offering place to sit for up to 6 people. There is a toaster and an espresso machine. Vacuum cleaner, brush and buckets etc. are available as well.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a sink with mirror above and small cupboard below. There is a ra- diator for heating and warming towels. The bathtub can be used as a shower, as it has an additional shower curtain, a large rain shower and hand shower option. An additional small shelf for towels is provided as well. The bathroom also contains the main heater for warm water and heating.
Corridor: The corridor has a lowered ceiling to save heating energy in the winter. The main door of the apartment has a regular lock and an additional security lock with additional metal bars closing the lock and securing the door to the top and bottom. A high cupboard for shoes and a coatrack are provided. A small place to keep keys and papers is built in the wall. The intercom for the main door of the building is located next to the main door of the flat.
Bedroom: The bedroom contains a large 2 m x 1,80 m bed with two separate mattresses. It con- tains in addition a large 3 door wardrobe. There are large curtains in front of the windows.
Living room: The living room contains a high quality 3 seater couch, which can easily be turned into a comfortable bed for guests. There is a coffee table with storage room and a matching low cupboard for an optional TV. In addition there are 3 large shelve
Area
The area is very well connected to the important traffic routes in Berlin. The direct neighborhood how- ever offers all infrastructure necessary for daily life. There are two regular supermarkets in about 200m walking distance - one is open until 12 p.m. . In addition there are two organic supermarkets close by. Banks, pharmacies, tailors, dry cleaners, hairdressers, restaurants, doctors and all sorts of different stores can be found directly in the Suarezstreet or close by. A bakery is just 2 doors away and in the building itself resides a small cafe. One of Charlottenburg’s main shopping streets - Wilmersdorfer Strasse - is located 500 m west of the apartment or 1 station with the underground. The area around Savigny Platz with several restaurants, Jazz-bars and cinemas can be reached by a five minute bus ride. Berlin’s city center and eastern districts can be reached easily by the underground line U2 without changing. In a one kilometer radius around the flat there are several lively neighborhoods with restaurants and cafes like Stuttgarter Platz or the area around Klausener Platz.
