Ich vermiete meine vollmöbellierte Wohnung (37qm, 1,5 Zimmer, große Balkon/Terrasse) für 6 Monaten (April bis Ende Sept.)
Ich bin mit den Ein/Auszugs Datums semi-flexibel. Erweiterung des Mietvertragsdauer bzw. Übernahme der Wohnung ist möglich aber wird später mit der Hausverwaltung abgestimmt.
Die Untermiete wird offiziell bei Hausverwaltung gemeldet mit Untermietsvertrag (Anmeldung möglich).
Das gesamte Haus hat eine tolle Gesellschaft (meistens Studenten), wo oft gemeinsame Aktivitäten untergenommen werden. Dazu gibt's verschiedene WhatsApp Gruppen und i-Live App (Zugang wird nach Vertrag Unterschreiben erhalten). Das Haus enjältet noch große Gemeinschaftsraum, Fitness-Raum, Garten, Beach Vollyball playground, und eine Gemeinschafts-Küche

Waschmaschine im Keller (3,50 Euro)
Ein Keller zu Mieten ist auch möglich gegen extra Kosten (ca. 10 Euro monatlich)
