I am subletting my beautiful two-bedroom apartment on Sonntagstrasse, Friedrichshain from November 13 to May 13.
The apartment is a 78 sqm altbau, fully furnished and renovated, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom (with badewanne), and a sunny balcony. The flat is south-facing so it gets plenty of sunlight, even in the winter.
The location is excellent, just a three minute walk from Ostkreuz (on the Ringbahn), and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Boxhagener Platz is a ten minute walk away, and Alexanderplatz 9 minutes with the S-bahn.
I am looking for someone tidy and responsible, who would take good care of my place. Parties are not allowed in the flat, and smoking only on the balcony.
Also please note: you will have a cleaning lady coming two times a month to clean the apartment – at no extra cost.
The price is 1600 EUR per month, everything included (heating, electricity, wifi, cleaner), and the deposit is 1600 EUR.
