Nice spacious apartment in a central location, with very good public transportation (S-Bahn, subway, Buses).
Some restaurants, 24 hour shops, supermarkets just few minutes by foot away.
The flat consist of a big living room with a kitchen, a sleeping room and a bathroom. It's close to the train station "S+U Bahnhof Samariterstraße" and "Ostkreuz".
There are lots of parks around and of course the Boxhagener Kiez...
I can provide you with towels, as well as bed sheets etc. I have some extra only for guests.
There is a full cooking equipment for you to cook a nice meal for yourself and friends.
You will find everything you need here :)
What else...wireless internet is available for free.
If the timeframe is e.g. too long for you or does not exactly fit your dates, we can agree on less time or add an extra day –
no problem. These are just my dates, that I am not in the city.
I would like to leave a deposit of 300 EUR – We can make a contract (easy one) as well if you are having concerns of getting your money back or so.
As soon as we get in touch, if you are in the city, you can come by and check out my place – If you are not here we can have a video call or so.
About cleaning:
I live here more then 95% of the year and it is my home. I will clean as good as possible but it is not a hotel. The apartment is very clean and I'd like to get it back the same way.
