I am looking for a nice couple or a person searching for a temporary solution to their housing situation, to stay in my flat while I am out of town on a work project.
If possible, I'd like to meet in person first - and show you the flat, of course.
The location makes this a very convenient solution while you find a permanent fix in Berlin.
No Anmeldung, unfortunately. I'm not allowed to offer this, so sadly it can't be negotiable.
Some details:
49m² flat, bedroom + living room + terrace + balcony, available December 1 till January 31, 2024.
Noise, light: It faces a small park, which means there is barely any noise. The living room receives plenty of daylight, while the bedroom faces the Innenhof, so privacy is not a concern.
Space: The flat can accommodate a couple, but is ideal for one person.
Heating: The flat is equipped with floor heating, but to be honest, keeping the windows closed does a lot; I barely use the heating at all.
Bills: The rent+Nebenkosten include all costs, including the WiFi and power, so no extra charges or anything to discuss in this regard.
Setup: All the furniture in the pictures will be available. The washing machine is brand new, so your laundry is safe.
Location: Located between Boxhagener Platz (8 mins by foot) and Ostkreuz (about 5 mins by foot), 15 mins walking from Warschauer Str, and 10 minutes from Frankfurter Tor
Public transportation: The Holteistr. Bus/Tram stop (Bus 240; Tram M13, 21) is two minutes away -literally on the other side of the building-, with the M10 just 10 minutes by foot as well. Ostkreuz gives you access to the S-Bahn, Frankfurter Tor and Warschauer Str to the U-Bahn. It's pretty well connected.
Groceries: There is a Penny, Denn's, and an Asian shop all in the same block; an Edeka is about two blocks away, a Lidl three blocks away, and a Kaufland some 7-8 blocks away.
Going out: It's in the heart of Friedrichshain. There's plenty to eat, drink and see. You have Boxhagener Platz nearby, as well as the Karl-Marx-Allee just some blocks over. It's harder to be bored than entertained around here.
Neighborhood: It's a very ex-pat community, with plenty of young families, kids, and pets. Nice, friendly neighbors from different countries.
- The total renting time is set for just under 3 exact months.
- We can agree to pay all months upfront or one month at a time, it's not a problem at all.
- We'll both sign a contract and have a copy each.
- I'll be available for whatever questions you may have during your stay.
