Ich biete hier meine voll möblierte Wohnung von 11.12.23 - 11.03.24 zur Zwischenmiete an.
Es ist eine sehr schöne und Helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 5.S tock, mit tollem Ausblick über Friedrichshain in Richtung Boxhagener Platz / Warschauer Straße auf der einen Seite und auf die Spree / Kreuzberg in die andere.
Die Wohnung hat zu beiden Seiten Fenster und im Winter scheint die Sonne (wenn sie denn scheint) direkt in die Wohnung, ausserdem gibt es einen großen möblierten Süd-Balkon mit dazu und einen kleinen französischen Balkon auf der Nord-Seite. Ab Januar ist auch die Dachterrasse, die für alle Hausbewohner zugänglich ist, wieder offen und benutzbar.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Auszieh-Couch, Schreibtisch + Monitor, einem Fernseher mit 5.1 Anlage eine Garderobe und einen Essbereich mit 4-5 Sitzplätzen.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 140cm breites Bett und ein Kleiderschrank der für den Zeitraum benutzbar sein wird.
Gerne schicke ich auf Anfrage auch noch mehr Bilder nach natürlich könnt ihr auch gerne zur Besichtigung vorbei kommen.

I offer here my fully furnished apartment from 11.12.23 - 11.03.24 for interim rent.
It is a very nice and bright 2-room apartment on the 5th floor, with a great view over Friedrichshain towards Boxhagener Platz / Warschauer Straße on one side and the Spree / Kreuzberg on the other.
The apartment has windows on both sides and in winter the sun (when it shines) shines directly into the apartment. There is also a large furnished south-facing balcony and a small French balcony on the north side. From January, the roof terrace, which is accessible to all residents, will also be open and usable again.
The living room is furnished with a pull-out couch, desk + monitor, a TV with 5.1 system, a wardrobe and a dining area with 4-5 seats.
In the bedroom there is a 140cm wide bed and a closet which will be usable for the period.

Zu den Stationen Warschauer Straße, Ostkreuz und Treptower Park läuft man jeweils 10 - 12 min.
Der Boxhagener Platz ist ebenfalls ca. 15 min Fußweg entfernt, in wenigen Minuten ist man direkt an der Spree.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fußläufig REWE, Lidl und Netto, die East Side mall mit Läden wie Saturn, Bershka, Weekday usw. ist auch innerhalb von 15 min zu erreichen, genau so wie das RAW Gelände. Die Wohnung an sich ist ziemlich ruhig gelegen, auch durch die Lage im 5. Stock, man ist aber auch schnell an Orten an denen sich etwas bewegt.

Due to the location on the 5th floor you have a wonderful view over the city, an elevator is available.
The stated rent of € 1.300 is the warm rent and includes everything that you need for a fully functioning apartment. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. All furniture and household appliances can of course be used.
