Da wir für 4 Wochen verreisen werden, vermieten wir unsere Wohnung in Friedrichshain für 4 Wochen. Für kostenlose vorab Tourguide-Insider-Tipps & Restaurant Tipps stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt im EG im Hinterhaus, ist voll möbliert und hat drei Zimmer mit einer offenen Küche und eine kleine Terrasse.
Geschirrspüler, Trocker und spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus sich befindet, ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Trotzdem liegt sie zentral, nur ein paar Gehminuten von dem Zentralen Ostkreuz entfernt. So erreicht man jeden Teil der Stadt relativ schnell.
Im Wohnzimmer ist eine ausziehbare Couch, SmartTv + Soundsystem. Ebenfalls steht hier ein zweiter Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm der zum arbeiten genutzt werden kann.
In dem Zimmer welches als Büro genutzt wird, steht ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch und ein Monitor. Beides kann gerne benutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen die auch im Home-Office arbeiten möchten.

As we will be traveling for 4 weeks, we are renting out our apartment in Friedrichshain for 4 weeks. We are happy to provide free tour guide insider tips & restaurant tips in advance.
The apartment is located on the ground floor in the rear building, is fully furnished and has three rooms with an open kitchen and a small terrace.
Dishwasher, dryer and dishwasher are available.
Since the apartment is located in the rear building, it is very quiet in the apartment.
Nevertheless, it is centrally located, only a few minutes walk from the central Ostkreuz. So you can reach any part of the city relatively quickly.
In the living room there is a pull-out couch, SmartTv + sound system. There is also a second desk with a screen that can be used for working.
In the room which is used as an office, there is a height-adjustable desk and a monitor. Both can be used with pleasure.
The apartment is perfect for 2 people who also want to work from home.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Alles ist in weniger als 2 min Fußweg erreichbar. In Laufnähe befindet sich der Simon-Dach Kiez, RAW Gelände. Es gibt unzählige Bars und Restaurants, Supermärkte (biocompany, Penny, Lidl) Post und Banken in Katzensprung-Nähe.
Boxhagener Kiez ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke und bietet am Wochenende eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.

The location is unbeatable. Everything can be reached in less than 2 minutes on foot. Within walking distance is the Simon-Dach Kiez, RAW area. There are countless bars and restaurants, supermarkets (biocompany, Penny, Lidl), post office and banks close to Katzensprung.
Boxhagener Kiez is also just around the corner and offers a very special atmosphere at the weekend.
- Wir lieben unsere Wohnung und suchen deshalb eine Person die verantwortungsvoll mit ihr umgeht und sich darin pudelwohl fühlen kann.
- Wenn du unsere Pflanzen gießen könntest wäre super, ansonsten könnten wir auch jemand bescheid geben, der das erledigt.
- Auf der Terasse kann gerne geraucht werden.
Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum inkl. allen Nebenkosten: 1400€ (Internet/Strom/Gas/Wasser)
Kaution: 1400€
Uns ist gegenseitiges Vertrauen sehr wichtig. Wir freuen uns also dich zuerst einmal über einen Video Call persönlich kennen zu lernen, um dir die Wohnung zu zeigen und zu sehen ob alles gegenseitig passt 🙂
