Wir fahren vom 12. bis 17. September in den Urlaub und würden für den Zeitraum unsere gemütliche, charmante Wohnung zur Verfügung stellen! Es können hier bis zu 4 Personen unterkommen.
Die Wohnung ist eine der wenig verbliebenen Wohnungen, die nicht totsaniert wurden, d.h. sie ist nicht super aufgemotzt, aber es fehlt auch nicht an Komfort.
Die beiden großen Zimmer (25m² und 28m²) sind schön hell und mit Dielen ausgelegt, zudem gibt es äußerst schalldichte Fenster.
Die Zimmer sind durch eine Flügeltür mir Glasfenster getrennt. In beiden Zimmer steht jeweils ein gleichwertiges Bett (140 x 200cm), so dass insgesamt 4 Personen Platz hätten.
Es gibt ein kleines Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche. Wenn ihr kochen wollt, könnt ihr gerne die Gewürze mitbenutzen.
Wir suchen jemand, der unser Hab und Gut liebevoll behandelt, unsere Privatsphäre respektiert und sich rücksichtsvoll gegenüber den Nachbarn verhält, d.h. bitte keine Parties.
Metro U5 ist direkt um die Ecke, zum Alexanderplatz benötigt man 7 min.
Die Miete beträgt 15 Euro pro Person pro Tag, Kaution 50 Euro.

Hey guys,
we will be on holiday during September 12th and 17th and are renting our bright and charming flat during that time. It's suitable for up to 4 persons.
There are two big rooms with one big and comfortable bed in each room. The flat mainly has wooden floor, there is a well equipped kitchen and a small, but bright bathroom.
Our flat is located in an area with loads of great tiny restaurants, bars and cafes and not far away from the city centre (7 minutes by metro to Alexanderplatz, metro is around the corner).
We are searching for some nice people, who respect our privacy and consider the neighbours.
The rent is 15 Euros per person per day, deposit 50 euros.
