Hi there,
I am subletting my lovely 65 square meter apartment located in Friedrichshain, 10 minutes by U to Alexander Platz, and really close to Mitte, P-Berg and X-Berg by the M10. It is close to all the Simon-Dach happenings but in a very quiet street.
The apartment has wooden floors, 3 meters high ceiling, tons of light, very sunny (even in Berlin!), very spacious, not so much furniture, washing machine, full kitchen, quiet, close to Friedrichshain Volkspark (a great park!), and it has a balcony. Additionally in the same street there is an old Cafe-Kino, Tilsiter Kino, which is the perfect place to enjoy a beer and watch a great movie.
I am renting it by night (40 Euros a night for 2 people) for a minimum of 10 days and maximum and month. If you want to rent it for a month the rent will be lower.
It is available for the the month of October only, starting on September 29th to October 31st
The rent includes heat, wireless internet connection, and washing machine.
I speak English and Spanish. My German is a litte bit rusty, but I am sure we will understand each other.
