Wir vermieten während unseres Urlaubs unsere schöne, zentral-gelegene, helle Altbauwohnung in Friedrichshain.
Es gibt ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer, beide groß und gemütlich, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und eine zweckmäßige Küche inkl. Spülmaschine.
Fühlt euch ganz wie zuhause! Wir stellen Handtücher und Bettzeug zur Verfügung.
Die Lage: 5 min. zu Fuß von der S/U Warschauer Str., Busse, Trams, alles in Fußnähe, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten... Ruhige Seitenstraße und trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten vom Simon-Dach-Kiez entfernt.
Um die Ecke ist ein nettes Grün (Minipark), die East Side Gallery 10 Min. zu Fuß...
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon. Dort - und nur dort - kann geraucht werden.

PS: Wir haben eine Katze, die zum Zeitpunkt nicht in der Wohnung sein wird. Wer aber extrem allergisch sein sollte, dem sei abgeraten.

We are off on a holiday and offer our lovely, centrally located, fully-furnished, well-lit flat in Berlin Friedrichshain.
It is close to the train station Warschauer Straße. All the well-known bars and clubs are just around the corner, yet our street is rather quiet.
The rental period: 20-30 July.
The price is 200 Euro for the whole flat for 10 nights.
The flat has two rooms (70 square meters): A living room with a super comfy couch and a bedroom with a large bed.
The bathroom is small but has a bath tub. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to cook etc.
Internet wifi, books... Washing machine... all you need.
you can have fresh towels and sheets.
Please not that we have a cat in case you're allergic. The cat will NOT be in the flat while you're there but some people even react to the tiniest bit of cat hair...
