30m2 Amazing Room in Friedrichshain in a 4WG

Hi,

I definitely wanted to stay more in Berlin, but because of my work I need to leave Berlin soon, after only 5months. I also have to leave my dear lovely room.

It's about 30m2, a desk, a 3 places bed, big windows, flowers blablabla you just have to see to believe it.

The flat is about 130m2, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, big living room with videoprojector for cinema session, bathroom, washing machine etc..

My flatmates are also lovely: Simon 25 French guy, law student at the Humboldt, Suzi 21 German girl chilling and working in a shop and Lara 21 German girl also in a practikum in a clothes shop.

No party WG and blablabla during the week, and lot of party and blablabla during the week end. Rules are quite simple. Respect and community life ;)

Price is 400€ included everything
+ 200€ for all my furnitures (I spent 750€ with the videoprojector 5month ago)
+ 1200€ for caution/guarantee

You will become one of the two tenant of the flat, so you need to work, photocopy of your income, letter from your former tenant.... (they ask to many things, I know and I am sorry it's not my fault ;) )

As you will become a new flatmate you will have to meet the others! I will only decide on an "administrative way" to be accepted by the agency.
