Looking to rent out my room to a nice person

Hey there,

I am moving in with my girlfriend, and need to rent my apartment starting September (or a few days after since it is such short notice.... but it is available as of Today!!!!!!). It's very short notice but I hope it is of interest to somebody.

Its a three room apartment with kitchen and bathroom (obviously :) ), gas stove, washing machine, all the basics for kitchenware, and in general, everything an apartment needs. I cannot move all my kitchen and room stuff to my new place. So the apartment is fully furnished, with a mattress on a hochbett built into the wall (a huge space saver as the hochbett is about two meters off the ground so you have all this extra space underneath where I have the couch, table and chair as a mini living room), a large desk which is practically brand new and really nice, if I do say so myself.

Currently there is one other roomate living there, his name is Norman. He is a super relaxed guy, we have lived together for 2 years.... so I hope the person gets along with him as well, since we have a good relationship....

The balcony also has a new hammock which I can leave in the apartment if you want (It is a great thing to lie on that thing on the balcony!!!!! I really will miss it).

In general about the area, it is directly in a prime location in Friedrichshain, right between Warschauer Strasse and Simon DAch strasse where you will fing no shortage of bars, reasonably priced restaurants of diverse types ( I love the thai and Indian restaurants around), spaetkaufs, doenerladens..... and life in general. It is a very nice, and popular area. Boxhagener platz with its saturday food market and sunday flea market is always nice. In general, I love the place and the area, but its time to move on.

I recently hear people don't like to email, because nobody replies. I have a smartphone and get notified every time I get an email.... I assure that I will reply at least within an hour (maybe immediately!!?) with my phone number. I just do not like posting my number on websites.... hope that works for you!?
