Superzimmer in Friedrichshain-WG zu mieten

Hi! Ich fahre mit dem Fahrrad nach Kroatien und werde 3 Wochen weg. Ich vermeite mein Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmer WG in Friedrichshain. Die WG ist fußläufig U5 (Weberwiese), S-bahn (Ostbahnhof) und Berghain (haste von Berghain gehört? #supergeil) 

Wir sind drei junge schicke Menschen (diplom- und masterstudenten). Ich bin Ami aber die andere zwei sind Deutsch aber kann auch Englisch und Pandschabi (wahrscheinlich ist das dir egal, wenn du dieses Text lesen kannst.... ). Wir sind locker aber ordentlich (#berlin). Sollst du hier einziehen, könntest du natürlich gern alle die Annehmlichkeiten der WG geniessen: WLAN, Bett, Schreibtisch, Küche, Balkon, Regel, usw. Gibts auch ein geiles Bäumchen, das das Zimmer was besonders gibt, meiner Meinung nach. Wäre super, wenn du den einmal die Woche giessen würdest.

Das Zimmer kostet EUR 105 pro Woche. Ich vermiete es lieber mindestens eine Woche und am liebsten die 3 ganze Wochen.

Wir fragen auch EUR 100 als Kaution nach. Das kriegst du auf jeden sofort wieder, falls du nicht was geklaut hast.

Hi! I'm leaving on a bike trip from Berlin to Croatia and will be gone for 3 weeks. I'm renting out my room in a 3-person WG in Friedrichshain. Walking distance from U5 (Weberwiese), S-bahn (Ostbahnhof), and Berghain (have you heard of Berghain?)

We are 3 young students/recent graduates/graduate students. I'm American but the other two are German but speak English and Punjabi. Perfect if you're German, want to learn German, or anybody else! We are laid back, yet clean (#berlin). You would have free use of all the ammenities the apartment has to offer including my bed, internet (as if that were necessary to say), desk, bathroom, kitchen, electricity, shared balcony, and half of my clothes-hanging/shelf space. There's also a pretty cool tree that adds something special to the room, I think. It'd be great if you could water it like once a week or right before it looks like it's going to die. 

I'm looking to sublet for 105 EUR/week. I prefer that you commit to at least a week, but the whole 3 weeks would be ideal.

We're asking for 100 EUR as a deposit, which I think is fair because if you steal one of our computers or my tree, 100 EUR won't really cover the cost, but maybe you'll think twice?
