My two-room flat in the arty Friedrichshain is fully equipped and perfect for a single or couple to live in. It's highlights are big balcony, Wi-Fi, bath tub, flatscreen TV. There are many supermarkets, the beautiful Volkspark, a natatorium, a sports center and Tram is 2min away.
It's an impressive creative homey flat with walls full of self-made artwork. There is a bedroom with a very comfortable bed (2m x 1,6m) for 2 persons. In the hughe living room is a pull-out couch for 2 more people. There are 2 desks, 1 big flatscreen with dvd-player. From the living room you get to the big balcony equipped (in summer) with table, swing, chairs and romantic chain of lights. The bathroom is a bit small, but contains a tub for shower or bathing. I also have a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, washing mashine, fridge + freezer, dishes and pots. There is also a coffee mashine, microwave, mixer and a toaster.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. During your stay you can use the whole flat.
Young, lively, creative district and calm neighbourhood. Short distance to the best places of the city (using Tram and Sbahn). The Volkspark just across the street is perfect for walking, picnic, barbecue, jogging, skating, volleyball, relaxation etc.
Super transport connection with Tram to Alexanderplatz in 10min (M5,6) for shopping and sightseeing. Tram (M10) to Friedrichshainer hood in 10min for shopping, restaurants, bars & clubs. 5-10Min walk to the S-Bahn (Ring), which takes you around Berlin the fastest way. Vis-à-vis there is also a taxi stand.
It is available from 26.05.2023 - 31.05.2023. I'm leaving for vacation around 2pm Friday and coming back in the afternoon on wedneyday around 3pm. In this 5 days you'll have the apartment all to yourself. Rental costs for the entire time is 300€ plus 100€ caution. No "Anmeldung", but with rental contract.
I'll make some space for your stuff, but I'll leave most of my stuff. The apartment comes fully furnished.
I'd like to take a deposit of 100€ for this short period. This is just a tiny safety deposit for all these furniture and electronic gadgets etc. You will get it back when everything is undamaged and nothing is missing after my return. Please be careful to furniture and things in my flat. You may decorate in your own style, but please put everything how it was before in the end, when you leave the flat again.
Other rules and things to take in mind: I don't like animals in my flat. It's a non-smoking flat, you may smoke at the balcony. Please be respectful especially to older cohabitants of the house. Don't make excessive noise during the rest periods (22pm-7am, 12am-16pm). No parties!
