NICE ROOM from 1st Sept - BOXHAGENER STRASSE area, 16m2

Hi all :)

*I MUST SAY PICTURES I TOOK ARE VERY LOW QUALITY, SO PLEASE COME AND CHECK THE HOUSE BY YOURSELF CAUSE IS QUITE BEAUTIFUL AND YOU WOULD LOVE IT.*

Im Sophie and sadly im moving back to my country on the 1st September for emergency reasons, so my beloved room must be rented before 1st september in advance, and yes, is for long term as im not coming back :) But if you can make it on the 1st Sept and u prefer to do it on the 15th , is also possible if we find a solution.


It is a very nice room located in an amazing area, with any buildings in front of you, just a beautiful park in a very safe neighborhood.
Its very sunny and bright room, full of light during the day time and basically it is also furnished, so u dont need to buy extra furnitures if YOu dont have it. U will have a big bed, a couple of wardrobes for your clothes, and some tables and desktop for your work/ daily routine.

About my flatmate, he is a very easy going guy, clean and responsible, very friendly and open minded.
He works basically during nighttime and sleep during the day, so he needs to find somebody who matches his schedules to avoid future problems.

We are looking preferably for a student guy, who spends the day time at School, or somebody who spends long periods of time out from the house and respect the building and all the neighbors living here.
So please noisy people, or afterparties friends think twice before applying to this

And the most important thing, i want to fix this situation soon as possible, so if u are really interested write us and come to meet us soon, First coming first serve :)
