Suitable for singles, couples or small families, but NO party people. This is a quiet house/neighbourhood and tenants prefer it to stay like that (including myself). You have the party scene minutes away, but this is taboo in house/apartment
Costs: Looking at €80 per day, i.e. €1280 for whole time

voll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. OG zum ruhigen Innenhof. Küchengeräte, Waschmachine etc. kann natürlich alles benutzt werden.
Großes Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, Hochbett, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett PLUS Kinderbett!!! und kleinem Balkon, Bad mit Dusch/Badewanne, ausgestattete Küche.
Für Singles, Paare oder kleine Familien super geeignet, aber bitte keine Partymenschen. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus und Mieter (inkl. mir) sind unauffällig und das sollte auch so bleiben:-)
Kosten: €80 pro Tag, d.h. €1280 für den kompletten Zeitraum
