We offer a FURNISHED room with c. 20 sqm as a SUBLET for 700 EUR (all inclusive) for February 2023 (01.02.2023 - 28.02.2023).
The apartment has 90 qm and comprises over 3 rooms (your room + my room + shared living room) + kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in the back of the building and therefore is very quite.
The big built-in closets in the hallway, a small storage room and a basement room offer more than enough space. There is also a separate room for bikes on the main floor of the house.
All rooms of the apartment are on the south side and therefore get a lot of sun during the day. The balcony is big enough for a little breakfast table and offers great views into the historic neighborhood.
LOCATION
The location of the apartment is great. It takes you 5 minutes by subway to get to Alexanderplatz and in 10 minutes to the central station. In the opposite direction its only 2 minutes to “Samariterstraße” and from there another 10 minutes walking distance to “Boxhagener Platz”. Also the “Ostbahnhof” is only 10 walking minutes away which connects you to the central S-Bahn line and regional trains of Deutsche Bahn.
The views from your doorstep right on “Alexanderturm” (looking west) and “Frankfurter Tor” (looking east) are wonderful. The park “Volkspark Friedrichshain” is only 5 minutes by bike, also it only takes 10 minutes by bike to get to the centre of Kreuzberg.
