Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken, Stuck, frisch abgezogenen hellen Dielen und einer großen Loggia, die vor Regen schützt und nach Süden ausgerichtet ist. Damit hat man immer Sonne und das Wohnzimmer ist wunderschön hell.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 140x200 Bett und einer Ankleideecke mit Kommode, Kleiderschrank und Kleiderstange. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein sehr großes neues Sofa, das auch zu einem Bett umgewandelt werden kann. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch für das Home Office, eine Essecke.
Internet, Strom und Heizung sind im Preis enthalten. Es ist eine Pauschalmiete. Fair use für Strom u. Heizung.

This is a very nice and newly furnished 2-room apartment, which can be used as a couple's or shared apartment. The apartment is completely renovated and has nice scandinavian furniture, new kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and fast internet. Everything you need to live is there.
The apartment is an old building with high ceilings, stucco, freshly made light floorboards and a large loggia that protects from rain and faces south. So you always have sun and the living room is beautifully bright.
The bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 bed and a dressing area with dresser, closet and clothes rail. The living room has a very large new sofa that can also be converted into a bed. There is a desk for home office, a dining area.
Internet, electricity and heating are included in the price. It is a flat rent. Fair use for electricity & heating.
Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage. Sie befindet sich im angesagten Bezirk Friedrichshain und dort im "inneren Kern". Das heißt: Zu allen tollen Bars, Restaurants und Clubs kann man laufen. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Samstags gibt es den Bauernmarkt am Boxhagener Platz. Sonntags findet dort ein Flohmarkt statt.
In 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Ostkreuz (S-Bahn, Ring, Züge etc.) und in 5 Minuten an der Frankfurter Allee (S-Bahn, U5 etc.). Shoppingcenter sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten Laufweite. In derselben Straße findet sich zudem ein großer Edeka-Supermarkt.
Der Flughafen ist vom Ostkreuz 20 Minuten entfernt. Die U5 fährt direkt zum Bahnhof.
Die Lage ist ein Traum. Besser geht es wirklich nicht.

The apartment has a top location. It is located in the trendy district of Friedrichshain and there in the "inner core". This means that you can walk to all the great bars, restaurants and clubs. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a very quiet side street. On Saturdays there is the farmers' market at Boxhagener Platz. On Sundays there is a flea market.
In 7 minutes you can walk to Ostkreuz (S-Bahn, Ring, trains etc.) and in 5 minutes to Frankfurter Allee (S-Bahn, U5 etc.). Shopping centers are also within 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a large Edeka supermarket on the same street.
The airport is 20 minutes away from Ostkreuz. The U5 goes directly to the station.
The location is a dream. It really doesn't get any better than this.
Mir ist wichtig, dass ihr sorgsame Mieter seid. Bitte keine Raucher und keine Haustiere. Ansonsten gilt Leben und Leben lassen.
Da das Mietverhältnis eine Vertrauensgrundlage ist, meldet euch bitte mit einer kurzer Mitteilung, was ihr macht und wie Ihr euer Leben bestreitet.

Sofern eine Befristung gewünscht ist, können wir das machen. Dann bitte mitteilen, wie lange ihr dort wohnen wollt.
