Vermiete meine wunderschöne Zweizimmerwohnung am Boxhagener Platz für den Zeitraum vom 04.01 bis 07.03 .2024

Die Wohnung ist trotz der belebten Lage unfassbar ruhig und bietet eine gute Möglichkeit für zum Beispiel Home Office. Das Schlafzimmer ist besonders hell! Das Wohnzimmer ist offen gestaltet und hat einen Wohn- und Essbereich. Dabei beinhaltet die Küche einen Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer ist zwar klein, jedoch mit Fußbodenheizung und Lüftung.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inklusive, sowie Internet, Siebträgermaschine, Amazon TV Stick, etc.

Preis setzt sich zusammen aus Kosten pro Monat (04.01 bis 04.02 = 1.200 all in und 04.02 bis 07.03 = 1.200 all in) inklusive aller Kosten wie Strom, Internet und Rundfunkgebühren.

Möglichkeit auf früherer Einzug zum 1. Januar würde bestehen, allerdings müsste man dann den Preis nochmal anpassen :)

Renting out my beautiful calm two-room apartment at Boxhagener Platz for the period from 04.01 to 07.03.2024.

The apartment is incredibly quiet despite the busy location and offers a good opportunity for example home office. The bedroom is particularly bright! The living room is open plan and has a living and dining area. Thereby, the kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and washing machine. The bathroom is small, but with underfloor heating and ventilation.

Towels and bed linen are included, as well as internet, sevice machine, Amazon TV stick, etc.

Price is composed of cost per month (04.01 to 04.02 = 1,200 all in and 04.02 to 07.03 = 1,200 all in) including all costs such as electricity, internet and broadcasting fees.

Possibility to move in earlier on January 1 would exist, but then you would have to adjust the price again :)
