Room in WG in Friedrichshain

Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We have a fitted kitchen with all amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and an oven with a hob.

Your room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk as seen in the pictures.

Currently living in the flatshare are Rosie and Lisa. We are two friends who have been living in Berlin for around a year now. We are looking for an open-minded roommate who enjoys a chat in the kitchen and who would like to share the occasional meal with us over a beer or a glass of wine. If you are open to a game night, making music, or arts and crafts let us know as we like a wholesome evening every now and then during the week. We are also open to trying new things and enjoying any interests or suggestions for a good time you may have. We also value our alone time and privacy, and are searching for someone who respects this and has their own independence. We are open-minded people with progressive views so we would like someone who is similar to us in this way.

We don't have a cleaning schedule because we clean up after ourselves and keep our living spaces clean and tidy and are looking for someone who can continue to do this with us. We value harmony in the apartment which involves being comfortable being on both ends of an open communication channel about apartment matters. We're not into nitpicking or arguing and have not had any problems with either because of our ability to respectfully bring up suggestions for better co-living. We enjoy spending time with friends and enjoying the Berlin nightlife on the weekends but we both work during the week and would like someone with a similar lifestyle and schedule.
