Hallo ,

ich vermiete meine schöne gepflegte Wohnung für eine gewisse Zeit.
Sie ist komplett eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt.
Und da ich keinen Ferseher habe, beleibt genug Zeit für andere Dinge :-) .

- Balkon mit Sonne und grünem Ausblick.
- Fahrrad: Gerne kannst Du mein Fahrrad mitbenutzen . ( aber bitte immer anschließen :-) )
- Waschmaschine ( mackt ein bisschen rum, funktioniert aber )
- Bügeleisen
- Geschirr
- Töpfe / Pfanne etc. / Mixer / Wasserkocher / Espressomaker
- frisches Bettzeug
- Handtücher
- Bett 160 x 200 cm
- Schlafsofa zum Ausklappen
- WC mit Dusche


Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und zugleich gut an BVG und Bahn angeschlossen.
- 5 min zum nächsten Bus
- 15 - 20 Minuten zur TU - Adlershof
- ca 39 min nach Berlin Alexanderplatz
- ca 45 min zum Flughafen (privat shuttle - 20 € in bar pro Fahrt )

In der Nähe sind mehrere Supermärkte .
Eine Coole Bar mit Biergarten ist gleich ums Eck.
Ein kleiner Wald läd zum Spazieren ein.

Hello ,

I rent my beautiful apartment for a few time.
The location is pleasantly quiet, and at the same time well connected to BVG and train.

5 min to the next bus
15-20 min to the TU - Adlershof
39 min to Berlin Alexanderplatz
ca 45 min to the airport

Several supermarkets + cinema are within walking distance.
A very cool Baar with a small beer garden is just around the corner.
A small forest invites you for a walk.

In My apartment you find everything you need for your stay.
And since I don't have a TV, there is enough time for other nice things :-) .

- Balcony with sun and green view.
- Bicycle: You are welcome to use my bike . ( but please always connect :-) )
- Washing machine ( macks a bit around, but works )
- iron
- dishes
- pots / pan etc. / blender / kettle / espresso maker
- fresh bedding
- towels
- On request I can pick you up from the train station / airport and bring you back ( 20€ per tour )
