Beautiful fully furnished 2 room apartment

we will be traveling and would like to sublet our lovely and fully furnished apartment in Karlsorst between the 11th of July and the 19th of August.

We are looking for a quiet person, a couple, or a small family with one child, who would like to enjoy the peaceful and green neighborhood.

The flat has three rooms out of which two will be given to use, fully furnished (like it can be seen in the photos). We would like to keep the kids room for our belongings, but we can also find an alternative if you have a child would like to use it.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a built in dishwasher, washing machine, Microwave, Fridge and freezer, Fully Automated coffee machine, eating table and evrrything a family would need.

The living room has a 60-inch TV, connected to Google home, a comfotbale couch that can be turned to an Extra bed if needed, an office disk and a trully wonderful view of the greenery which surrounds this lovely area.

The laundry can be dried in a laundry room in the basement.

The flat is located 5 minutes away from the S-Bahn Karlshorst (three stations away from Ostkreuz with S3) which is a direct line that would take you to all the Mjor areas of Berlin, like Warschauer Str, Alexander Platz, Friedrichsstr. Etc.

The Apartment is also 5 minutes walk away from the green Wuhlheide, where we enjoy our everyday hikes and morning runs. The Wuhlheide Park has indoor and outdoor swimming pools and an outdoor beach :)

The street is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The balcony has an amazing and private "blick" in the green.

Supermarkets like Aldi, Edeka, Netto, Penny, Denn's, Bio Company, and Rossmann are just a few minutes away.
We have a super friendly, loving, and easy-going cat, named Max. So the flat is not recommended for people with cat allergies.

We would love to find someone who could keep him company and feed him, but it is not a must. We can also bring the cat to friends.

Regarding the Rent and payment:

We would take as rent exactly as much as we pay:

- 1580 € rent for the whole 6 week period from 11 July until 18 August.

- Living costs which are electricity bill (90 € / 6 weeks), Internet bill (45 €/ 6 Weeks) and a fee of 45 €/month for the landlord.

You will be receiving two sets of keys upon signing the sublet contract, a copy of the contract will be provided to the landlord.

The total rent amount of 1021 warm a month or 1580 for the whole 6 week period and is to be paid uppon signing the contract plus a deposit of 1000 Euro which to be giving back once we are handed the keys back and we check that no damage to the furniture/equipment has occurred.
