Meine 2- Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Graefekiez, direkt um die Ecke vom Kanal.
Die Wohnung ist super ruhig und man hat viel Platz.
Es gibt zwei Yogamatten, ein TRX-Gerät - für diejenigen, die Sport machen wollen ;)
Leider sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. (Weder Hunde noch Katzen o.ä.)
My 2 room apartment is in beautiful Graefekiez, just around the corner from the canal.
The apartment is super quiet and you have a lot of space.
There are two yoga mats, a TRX device - for those who want to exercise ;)
Unfortunately pets are not allowed. (Neither dogs nor cats or similar)
Graefekiez, in Fussweite ist das Maybachufer und die Admiralbrücke. Die Ubahnstation Schönleinstrasse (U8) ist 7 min zu Fuß entfernt, so auch Südstern (U7) und Kottbusser Tor (U8/U1). Perfekt! :)
Die beste Pizza bei Casolare kann man in 5 min bestellen und auf der Strasse gibt es einen Edeka. Am kottbusser Damm gibt es eine Biocompany, Bio Denns, Rossmann etc.
Die Hasenheide ist auch nicht weit (10 min).
Graefekiez, the Maybachufer and the Admiralbrücke are within walking distance. The subway station Schönleinstrasse (U8) is a 7-minute walk away, so is Südstern (U7) and Kottbusser Tor (U8/U1). Perfect! :)
You can order the best pizza at Casolare in 5 minutes and there is an Edeka on the street. At Kottbusser Damm there is a Biocompany, Bio Denns, Rossmann etc.
The Hasenheide is not far either (10min).

Internet ist natürlich vorhanden. Und die Küche ist gut bestückt...
Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche.
Die Kaution wird bei Schlüsselübergabe nach meiner Ankunft direkt zurücküberwiesen.
Eine neue Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Föhn, Handtücher und Bettlacken sind vorhanden.
Please do not invite larger groups.
Internet is of course available. And the kitchen is well stocked...
The bathroom has a shower.
The deposit will be refunded directly after my arrival when the keys are handed over.
A new washing machine is also available.
Hair dryer, towels and bed sheets are available.
