- Closest S-bahn: U Görlitzer Bahnhof & U Schönleinstraß and Bus M29
- At the left of the street, you have thepark Görlitzer (1 min walk) and at its right, theCanal (4 min walk)

🟥 MUST KNOW:
1. You’ll need to take care of my green babies! More plants, more oxygen in the flat, and smarter you’ll be. Logic.
2. I ask for 1/2 month of deposit. We’ll sign a sublet contract to be square. No Anmelung. The deposit plus the first month should be paid in advance. ⚠️
3. The bedroom, in the courtyard, is very quiet and faces an office, so nobody’s here at night.
