Ich suche ab dem 15.01.2010 einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, ist im 3.OG eines Altbaus und liegt direkt am Görlitzer Park in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Es gibt zwei große Zimmer mit jeweils über 20m² sowie ein kleines Zimmer mit 10m². Die Kücher ist auch ca. 20m² groß und mit einer Einbauküche ausgestattet. Die komplette Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und hat neue Isolierfenster.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sehr ruhig.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 750€ (inklusive Betriebskosten und Heizung).
Die Wohnung hat ein Durchgangszimmer und deshalb nicht wirklich für eine WG geeignet.
