Idyllischer Kiez zentral mitten in Kreuzberg mit angesagten Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und Läden.
U-Bahn eine Minunte zu Fuß entfernt, nach Mitte/Alexanderplatz 8 min ohne Umsteigen.
Türkenmarkt, Supermarkt, Biomarkt, Kioske, etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich der Kanal (toll zum joggen oder spazierengehen) mit der Admiralsbrücke, ein beliebter Treffpunkt umgeben von netten Cafes und dem Kultitalierner "Il Casolare".
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und liegt ruhig im 3. OG des Hinterhauses mit supernetten Nachbarn.
Es gibt 2 ca. gleich große Zimmer, das Schlafzimmer liegt hinter dem Wohnzimmer.
Die Küche bietet viel Platz zum Frühstücken auch mit mehreren Personen.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und designorientiert, das Bett ist riesig, die Couch im Wohnzimmer ebenfalls sehr gemütlich.
Im WZ steht ein großer Schreibtisch und es gibt viel Stauraum. Wireless Internet vorhanden.

Nice flat with 2 bedrooms in the center of Kreuzberg for 12 days from 29 may till 10 june.
Located in a lovely area with a lot of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and shops of any kind around.
Metro station Schönleinstrasse U8 is 2 min by foot, to Mitte /Alexanderplatz 8 min.
Around the corner is the river and the lovely Admiral Bridge, a meeting point for all kinds of people, the popular italian restaurant “Il Casolare” and more nice cafes where to spend endless Sundays 
The flat is light floated and quiet in the back of the house, 3rd floor. The neighbors are totally cool and friendly.
The 2 rooms are almost equal from size and the bedroom is behind the living room. The kitchen is big enough to have breakfast with 4 or 5 people.
There is a big desk (or dining table) in the living room and the whole flat is furnished nicely and modern.
The bathroom is small with douche cabin, wc and basin.
Further features are wireless internet, washing machine and satellite tv.
