Falls ihr Urlaub in Berlin machen möchtet, ist dieses Angebot ideal. Die Wohnung liegt in der Oranienstr., sehr zentral mit den besten Anbindungen öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel überall hin. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Remise im Zwischenhof, ist folglich trotz zentralster Lage sehr ruhig.
Pauschal werden für den gesamten Zeitraum 2 Zimmer für eine Person für 200 € vermietet.
Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafplätze in diesen Zimmern. Für jede weitere Person gilt ein Preisaufschlag von 20 € á Tag.
Desweiteren könnte ich für Familien ein weiteres Zimmer (incl. Spielsachen) (ca 27 m²) im Obergeschoss für einen Pauschalaufschlag von 30€ vermieten. Fotos hiervon sende ich gerne auf Anfrage.
Im Hinterhof befindet sich ein schöner Garten mit Spielmöglichkeiten, der mitbenutzt werden kann.

If you are planning a vacation in Berlin, this is the perfect place for you, since it is very central in the heart of Kreuzberg with best connections with public transportation.
Its yet calm due to liying in the backyard.
In the backyard there is also a nice garden with a small playground you may use as well.
The price for both rooms is 200 € for one person.
The two rooms have space for three people to sleep and for every other person the price is 20 € per day.
If you have kids, you can also rent another room (27 m²) in the 2nd floor for 30€ per day (toys are included).
