Ich biete hier meine geliebte Wohnung als Ferienunterkunft an. Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmerwohnung mitten in Kreuzberg. Selbstversorgung ist problemlos möglich - sie ist komplett eingerichtet (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd etc. vorhanden). Internet-Flatrate kann gerne genutzt werden. Sie ist perfekt für 2 Personen, aber auch mehr Leute finden hier Platz, da ein bequemes Schlafsofa vorhanden ist, was auch 1.40 breit ist. Wer es ganz "kuschelig" mag, kann auch noch ein Gästebett dazubuchen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Cafés, Kneipen, der Landwehrkanal, die Hasenheide und der Victoriapark. Die Bergmannstraße ist 50m entfernt und die Marheinke-Markthalle vielleicht 100m. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Gneisenaustraße U7 ist direkt um die Ecke.
Zur Miete: eine Person zahlt 35 € pro Nacht, zwei 45 €, drei 55 € usw. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an, jedoch nehme ich, da meine Wohnung voll
eingerichtet ist, eine Kaution von 20% auf den Gesamtpreis.
Bei Interesse meldet euch einfach per Mail und schreibt mir, für welchen Zeitraum ihr in Berlin sein wollt.

I´m offering here my beautiful 2-room-apartment to rent for vacation in Berlin.
It´s an old building near Victoriapark and Hasenheide.
Many nice bars, artist´s workshops, cafés and restaurants are in the neighbourhood - the famous Bergmannstraße is 50m next to my place.
The next metro-station is 100 meter to go at Gneisenaustraße (U7)
I have a bed that fits perfect for two people (1.40m wide)
If you want to use the flat for more people, there´s a couch, that can be turned to the same size, and a guest-bed that fits for 2 people, is available.
WiFi can be used for free and the flat is fully furnished, so it´s perfect for self-supply.
The prize: Per night it would take 35 € for one person, 45 € for two, 55 for three...
There are no other fees,
but because it´s my own flat with all my stuff in it, I´d take a deposit of 20%
