I want to sublet my 100m2 space for long weekends or even longer in Mai, June ,July. 
It is a five minute walk from public transport:Yorkstraße S and U bahn. Situated near two gorgeous park (Victoria and Gleisdreieck) it is a right beside the thriving Bergmanstr. where you have an array of opportunities for shopping,eating and going out. 
The place is ideal for a couple or a couple with a kid for I arrange the space to accommodate my daughter (a swing, gym mat and wall bars as you can see on the pictures). The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathtub is in the open area.Toilet is a separate room beside the kitchen. 
The place is situated on the ground level in an internal courtyard so it is really quiet. 
I also have some music instruments, including a piano, that are in the room to enjoy if handled carefully of course.
