Die Wohnung grenzt an Mitte, liegt aber noch in Kreuzberg. Man kann zu Fuß leicht alle wichtigen Spots erreichen.

5 Minuten bis zur Friedrichstraße (Checkpoint Charlie)
20 Minuten bis zum Brandenburger Tor
Zudem hat die Wohnung eine super Anbindung.
Es fahren 2 Busse von hier aus.
M29 - 20 Minuten bis zum Ku'Damm
248- in nur 7 Minuten bis zum Alex
U8 Moritzplatz ist in nur 8 Minuten Gehzeit erreicht
U6 Kochstraße ist in 5 Minuten erreicht
und U2 Spittelmarkt ist in nur 5 Minuten erreicht

You have a great view on the famous Axel Springer Verlag from the balcony, where 4 persons can easily have a BBQ.
Its a lovely neighbourhood with a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
You walk 5 minutes to Checkpoint Charlie and the Subway Station Kochstraße(U6)
U Moritzplatz(U8) is a 8minute walk away and there are busses stopping right at the apartment taking you to the Alexanderplatz in 7 minutes!
All main sightseeing spots are within walking distance
